Apollo Cineris

Apollo was born in Promepolis three years after his brother, Ares. He had a fairly normal childhood (though plagued by a strong fear of the Burnish), growing up very close to his brother, who always protected him in any way he could (mostly because of his fragile build and meek personality).

Apollo's Burnish powers appeared when he was fifteen years old, due to an unknown cause of distress, as he was right outside his house. It was particularly violent, causing horrible damage to his home and nearly killing all the members of his family.

Terrified of what he had done and of what could've happened next, he ran away; hiding from law enforcement, he was found by the then-leaders of Mad Burnish Gueira and Meis, who took him with them.

Prompted by them to join Mad Burnish, he accepted, on one condition: he wouldn't have to directly participate in any attack, acting only as a rescuer when necessary. After Gueira and Meis agreed, Apollo officially became part of Mad Burnish.

Sometime before the events of Promare, he was captured by the Foresight Foundation to be experimented on. During his imprisonment, he, by sheer coincidence, met with his brother again, to both's surprise; however, Ares didn't seem pleased by the discovery he had turned into a Burnish and abandoned him to his own fate.

Apollo was then freed, along with the other captured Burnish, by Lio, Gueira and Meis, the hid with them near the Fennel Volcano until they were found by Freeze Force. He was captured again, and was one of the many Burnish used as fuel for the Parnassus. Luckily, he survives the events of the movie.
