London was stolen by bats many years ago. Elliott is one of the many residents found under the Earth in London's new home underground. He keeps to himself as much as possible and puts on a rather stoic demeanor. There are rumors of him being magnanimous when given the chance. It's said he has a soft spot for animals as well as the unlucklier residents of London such as urchins, tomb-colonists, and the rubbery men. Though there are many other tales of his dangerous qualities when his aggression is at a high- even whispers of him trying to hunt a legendary monster. He resides in a run-down house in the marshes.

True to the rumors, his house has become home to quite a few animals- from a grubby kitten to a half-wild mandrake. His clothing is typically very dark considering his desire to remain mysterious. No one in London really even knows his gender- you might think he takes enjoyment from confusing people on that matter (you would be correct). While he is incredibly watchful, strong, and stealthy, his charisma is abysmal. Persuasive challenges are nothing he seems interested in and is assumadely not caring of scandal or people's opinions.
