Koto

A shark-like mer who came to land for the sole purpose of having the surgeries that one can't currently get in the ocean, Koto is currently living quite happily with her girlfriend, escaped vampire-experiment Nessali. Quite the troublemaker, Koto has almost endless energy, and often uses it to pester her friends. She's rather close to Lyrian, and even gets along well with the finicky Ri-Anne.
