born to loving parents, litteflower and bumblebuzz along with his two siblings, honeyfall and beefuzz. became fast friends with finchflight, since they were in the nursery at the same time. wasp grew up to harbor a near-obsession with becoming a warrior.

unfortunately, he would eventually be denied his dream of being a warrior and providing for the clan.

wasp soon became an apprentice along with his siblings and finch. wasp couldn't be happier, he was one step closer to warrior ship. around this time, however, the clan began to notice prey were infected with an unknown disease. this disease lead to its victims becoming significantly weaker until they eventually perished. unfortunately, it didn't stop at just the forest prey. it began to spread rapidly to the cats around the time that wasp was 11 moons old. finch became infected, quickly followed by wasp himself. fortunately, it didn't take much longer for a cure to be discovered.

finch and wasp had survived the disease but had entirely missed their warrior ceremony. wasp had to watch his siblings becoming warriors from the entrance of the medicine cat den. after recovering, wasp tried everything to try and train harder, but applestar denied him and finch, claiming "there is no place in my clan's warriors for weak cats". wasp began to harbor a deep hatred for their leader due to her views.

for a while wasp did nothing but train, beefuzz constantly stuck to his side and tried to help him, ending with wasp mostly ignoring beefuzz. after becoming so frustrated with never receiving applestar's approval, wasp turned to the only idea he had left. "if there were no fit warriors, then applestar would have to make me a warrior". the first cat to fall to wasp was a younger apprentice, easily lead away from camp by the deceitful wasp. even after the disappearances of apprentices and warriors, applestar still didn't look towards wasp or finch.

wasp wouldn't remain innocent forever. he would eventually be caught by his very own brother, beefuzz. wasp knew beefuzz would quickly turn him in, so he did the only thing he could. beefuzz perished, but wasp was incredibly affected by what he had done to his brother. he couldn't believe what he had done to his only sibling that didn't turn their back on wasp. this disgraceful act didn't go unnoticed, though. finch had seen it all.

waa finch finds out wasp killing cats. somehow wasp convinces her not to tattle. leader still finds out and orders public execution on wasp (shes not a horrible leader...just someone who's fiercly loyal and willing to do anything she believes is best for her clan). deputy kills wasp. finch + his family all watch.
