Childhood

When Orion was a child he was known to be full of energy, charismatic and optimistic. It was also noted that he had quite the active imagination and quite an imagination it was. This over imagination later began to manifest into reality, revealing he had an intriguing. . . yet potentially dangerous ability if not used carefully. This special gift or rather, "curse" as he now calls it, allows him to manipulate reality with his imagination, allowing things he dreams and think of to spill out into the real world. Although he has such a powerful ability at his disposal he has no idea how to use it, thus resulting in him accidentally summoning and creating things unwillingly whether those things be good or completely nightmarish it all depends on whatever he was thinking or dreaming at the time. All this power is channeled through his left eye and this eye allows him to see and communicate with things normal toons can’t often making it seem like he’s talking to himself, when in reality, it was the exact opposite. Because of this he was often bullied by others and often taunted and called a freak for his unusual and unstable ability. Orion never had the best childhood but despite these bad things he always smiled through the tears and remained optimistic.

Welcome To Your Reality. . .

As Orion grew older, all his child like wonder died out at the young age of 11 years old. Orion grew to become more quiet, aloof and introverted especially after his older sister's disappearance. His sister, Lyra Sparklepaws, along with his parents Bellatrix and Eridanus Sparklepaws were the most notable of powerful bounty hunting families, being well known amongst Japan for their skill and special abilities when put to work. Orion’s parents weren't necessarily the most loving or kindest parents in the world, but they were successful, wealthy and powerful. So, you can imagine that, so much was expected of him by his parents and pretty much everyone for that matter. His Mother was especially harder on him, often compared him to his sister who was nicknamed the "prodigy" among the two siblings.

Despite being cursed to live within his older sister's shadow, Orion did in fact show exceptional and similar "prodigy" like traits himself his parents just didn't see him as anything but a tool for all their success. Even though he was often compared to Lyra on the daily, Orion had always looked up to his sister and had a close sibling relationship with her always eager to listen to her exciting tales of her adventures in Toontown before her mysterious disappearance after she took her final mission in Toontown while investigating the mass disappearances of elite toons. Her sudden and 9-year long absence hit him the hardest, sending him into what seemed like a "bottomless" pit of depression as he withdrew himself from his closest friends, growing increasingly unmotivated and bitter. He felt he was all alone in the world without her and was left to the complete mercy of his parents.

By the young age of 13 he was subjected to grueling physical trainings implemented by his parents in hopes to replace Lyra in the time being or, so Orion thought anyway. Although the conditions were undoubtedly too extreme for a child of his age, the trainings weren’t in vain and most certainly did pay off. As a result, Orion is super speedy, flexible, has built up a high pain tolerance and has exceptional amounts of physical strength due to the harsh exercises but this also may not entirely explain why he has such heightened abilities. He is blissfully unaware of his demonic origins and as far as he knows, it was all the training.

The Story Begins

At age 17 Orion eventually moved to Toontown accompanied by his friends Tech and Lucius, after taking his first real task assigned to him by his mother. The task at hand was a special task regarding the capture of Velvet Candycane, a notorious toon assassin who is believed to have ties with the cogs. It has been noted she may have something to do with the increasing number of toon disappearances. He uses this as an opportunity to uncover more clues surrounding his sister's disappearance but ends up finding more twisted information than he wanted revolving around his and the Sparklepaws organization’s dark secrets.

Orion eventually separates himself from the organization all together and joins the resistance after rescuing resistance ranger Gabriel from a run in with Velvet and her cog baddies. He rises through the ranks as an HQ officer and is soon after promoted to Commander in tribute for all of his work, abilities and efforts. Orion is now steadily working and investigating the immensely growing number of disappearances of toons during the alarmingly frequent wide scale invasions of v2.0 cogs and mysterious sightings of monstrous “never before seen” Cogs. Slowly connecting the dots and hopefully answering the many questions he has running through his mind surrounding these dark and paranormal mysteries.

Things take a much darker turn the deeper he gets into dabbling with things he’s not supposed to. Usually in the dead of night, his eye begins projecting dark demonic inky figures that constantly communicate or mentally torture him whenever they can. His ability also begins to grow more and more unstable often allowing these demonic figures cross over into their realms due to the fact he is unable to shake his paranoia of them. As a result of this, he ends up becoming more anxious and paranoid while also gaining a rather strong dislike for looking into mirrors due to seeing his reflection distort and sometimes talk back to him as if it weren't his reflection to begin with. Instead of sleeping due to the fear of accidentally bringing his nightmares into reality, he chugs a bunch of coffee and energy drinks in attempt to stay wide awake as long as he can while he tries to continue to get to the bottom of the source to everything that's transpired since he's gotten here.
