ADOPTABLE RULES

Please do not edit my original artwork, and please credit me if you re-upload said artwork

Please credit me for the design the first time you draw/use it, you only need to do this once, but crediting me every time is appreciated!

Un-watermarked versions are NOT available unless the auction specifies otherwise. Only transparent versions are given to the winner/buyer of the adoptable! This is to avoid art theft!

Do NOT trace, steal or remove my watermark from any of my designs or artworks! Heavy reference is also not welcomed, so please refrain from doing so.

Do not post on any other sites without my consent! If you wish to re-post on other sites, notify me first!

Do not re-sell designs for more than you paid for them! Art or no art, the price is still the same!

You are allowed to edit your adopt, but you must still credit me for the base design!

If you trade the adopt you`ve bought, please let me know!

If I don`t want you to have an adoptable of mine, I don`t have to sell it to you, for whatever reason.

COPYRIGHTS

I, as the artist, hold all rights to the original designs. You, the buyer, have no right to claim the original design as your own doing in anyway! You, the buyer, claim ownership over the character itself, not the original design and/or artwork. I, the artist, am allowed to use the original design and/or artwork for non-personal/commercial use, such as self-publicity and promotional use. Weather or not you have read these rules(which is specified you do) does not mean you are withheld from any consequence. Failure to follow these rules will lead to banning from future adoptables, the termination of your ownership over previous adoptables and said adoptables being re-sold to a more suitable owner. All rights not expressively given are reserved.
