She has extreme strength, sight, hearing and reflexes, doesn't feel pain, can reattach her own limbs, has advanced artificial intelligence, extreme knowledge in many subjects, the ability to change her appearance at will and more.

Cleo has artificial intelligence, allowing her to adapt to new situations extremely quickly and act accordingly. She was built as a fighter and she acts to that programing, making her rather headstrong and stubborn. She never walks away from a fight, ever, and would rather be destroyed then accept loss. While Cleo is curious about human emotions, she has yet to experience more then flashes of them and hasn't, as of yet, been able to freely show any true emotions. Due to her lack of emotions, Cleo comes off as very serious and calm, however she has also been known to use sarcasm, make an attempt at joking and even show anger.

Cleo was made by US government scientists with the most recent and powerful technology. She was a top secret operation, made to be the ultimate weapon in war, she was programmed to be perfect, however, she was a bit too perfect. With her artificial intelligence, Cleo was able to understand what they were planning to do with her, and she disagreed. Cleo might not have known much about humans yet, but she knew that mass murder was not the right way to go about things. It only took Cleo a couple of days to plan her escape, which she pulled off perfectly, of course, because that was what she was programmed for. She is now on the run from the law and considered an international criminal.

Her name is an acronym meaning Cyber Lifeform Expert-system Operation.
