Tara is a sanitized Octoling created by Commander Tartar. She was created to be the Ultimate Life. But unfortunately for him, she didn't quite meet his expectations. 

She tends to be lazy/laid back. You can find her just laying around pretty much anywhere. From a bench, to a tree, even in a middle of a Turf War match.

She absolutely loves chips. They're her favorite food, period. You can pretty much have her do just about anything if you offer her some in payment.

Despite her background and her appearance, she tends to be pretty nice and chill with others. She has no interest in eradicating all life or anything like that (on top of her being lazy/laid back, and not into taking orders on things that require a lot of work).
