Aspen

Aspen is usually calm and 'go with the flow'. They generally don't seem to be in a rush to do anything and takes life as it comes. Despite this, they are a hard worker for the most part, though they have a tendency to get distracted before finishing tasks and have trouble coming back to them without a nudge in that direction. Friendly but quiet, they speak when they feel it's necessary but usually are more content to just listen and enjoy the company. Can come off as quite shy at first. Likes arts and crafts and trying new things, though has a habit of dropping hobbies as quick as they pick them up. They are humble to a fault at times. Aspen does not like the dark, and can be seen around camp with a big flashlight guiding their way after the sun has gone down. Very cautious of what lurks beyond the tree line.

Aspen grew up in a blue collar family in Stillwater, learning the value of hard work (and finishing what they start, though that didn't really stick). They lived with their parents up until meeting their friend Hazel at camp, a fellow counsellor who simply wouldn't leave Aspen alone and broke through their quiet exterior. Hazel was looking for a roommate and Aspen's parents, though supportive of any decision, pushed them to move out.
