- We do checkins roughly once a month. More or less often depending on the size of the offer.
- If you fail to respond to these checkins we will cancel and re-list the character you are offering for.  
- From there you can contact us to discuss a refund for any work that has already been completed.

ADOPTS: 

• If you are receiving a character with any NSFW art, proof of age MUST be provided or the art will be deleted before transfer.
• If my DNI criteria applies to you I reserve the right to revoke ANY designs created by me regardless of their value. I do not want my work associated with certain people or ideologies. 
• Associations with people on my primary blacklist may get you declined from adopting my designs. 
• If you are claiming a design for another person you have to clarify who the person is that you are claiming the oc for. If the design does not go to the person i was told it would go to, the design can be revoked with no refund. 

BLACKLISTING:

• If anyone is found saving images from my toyhouse or trello they will be immediately blocked and blacklisted. Any business being conducted with the user will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.
• Selling or trading my designs to anyone on my blacklist will result in the trader being blacklisted as well. The design will be revoked from the user it was sold to with NO refund. 
• Do NOT EVER draw my designs with characters owned by users on my primary blacklist. Doing this will result in character rights being immediately revoked. 
• Using a character before purchase has been 100% completed will result in the trade being cancelled and an immediate blacklist being issued.
