Rookie Wayfarer Adam Kensrue has lived a difficult existence. After a pirate attack took from him an arm, both eyes, and his parents, he was left in the care of the Empagu Wayfarers who trained him in their ways. His first pilgrimage hit a bit of a snag when he went out of his way to save a fellow Felidan from what he saw as certain death. Said Felidan, who did not share his grim outlook on the situation, turned out to be a Bounty Hunter of some renown, who took the young Wayfarer under her wing, determined to prepare him for the dangers of this harsh Galaxy. He agreed, thinking that he might be the only thing standing between this crazy woman and her own gruesome demise.
