A British mutt who looks strikingly like a girl but is indeed a boy. He's a sweet bean until you make him upset, that's when the knives are pulled out wow.

-There's a whole thing to this that I have yet to write out, but his bow tie (this goes for Chi-Chi as well) grants him immortality, aka Chi-Chi and EV can stab and hurt eachother as much as they want, it's kinda just a big horrid game to them lol. Think of it as Spy vs Spy ; ) They are granted immortality unless the bow ties are taken off, that's when whatever is done to them will actually affect their "life source".
