Vladimir aka "Sir Edgealot"

Mr. Edgy is Surrials dark, mystical, silent, "I'm better than you" pet. He doesn't like to be touched much and tends to rather stay alone, lost in his deep dark thoughts (okay...well as many deep dark thoughts as a Flytrapdog can have).

Mr. Edge-a-Sketch behaves like a cat, comming straight towards you, increasing your hopes for a nice gentle headbutt but then passing by, leaving you behind, empty, un-headbutted. He does this on purpose, I'm sure. Also one of his quirks is that he drools a lot (not shown in the big pic). The salvia is deep red (blood-red as you guessed) so he looks like he just had a sip of blood...or like he's pretty sick, throwing up his intestines.... you decide. 

With the pheromones he's emitting bats are attracted which feed on smaller insects attracted by his bioluminescence. The bats are a tasty little snack though. Even though Mr. Edgy is not very easy to have around Surrial loves him deeply. Maybe he likes her too...a bit... at least he gets food from her... let's say Surrial is tolerated.
