-One of (TBN’s) many ProtoTypes, Boe was (TBN’s) first successful Prototype with working joints & fluid movements. He failed to be the Final because something went wrong with his inner coding and he was left unable to feel/fall or be in love, in addition to lacking the full ability to think/act freely; his system was not strong enough to handle the codes.
