Fahari

A sour, prideful lioness that manages to scare everyone that comes close to her, even Scar was intimidated by her the first time they met. She's not totally bad though, and looked after her grandkids (and the outsiders) quite a lot while Zira spiraled into insanity; she's the oldest lioness in the pridelands by a long shot, and lives long enough to see Kovu and Kiara's cubs.

She's the one who gave Haiba (strange lion) his scars when she found him trying to court another lioness (she and Fahari became besties afterwards, Kipekee wasn't that impressed by or interested in Haiba to begin with, so she was quite happy when Fahari intervened, and gained a lot of respect for her).
