Follower of Ennis, best friend of Bowie. The more studious of Ennis's two followers, Devlin has an extensive library filled with modern titles and ancient scrolls. Horribly inept in social interactions, he will often drag Bowie in to take his place before making his escape with a few poorly timed jokes. His official title is Priest of The Goddess of the Hunt but hardly does anything with it, though he will often spread news for her and build up covenants. Immortal due to a life link to Bowie.
