You go to a person's profile and it should be on the right. Click where the little gift box is. Then you'll see give points. There will also be times where some adopts have points or money and people sometimes have that. Idk if that's helpful and maybe you're on mobile but on PC or laptop you should be able to see the gift box. But it's all gud! Just thought to try and say is all. ^^
