"I'm not a damsal in distress, that's stupid."
An idol who faked their death to be left alone for a bit. All it truly did was just make them more popular. With their return, they managed to become a conversation topic. From the ghostly blue-stained costume, to their sickly appearance, the show star looks to set foot to show that they're not going down so easy to those to don't like the idol.
Cider is just as cynical as some believe them to be, although when you consider what kind of things they had to deal with, you cannot exactly blame them. Despite their cynical behavior, they're quite caring to those who know them. Cider often holds friends closer than most would expect from someone like them, but they don't have many friends anyway. They do tend to pick at others though, not in a serious manner, but sometimes it can get others mad at them. It's whatever though, in their mind.
They're not known to be rude all the time at least, so it's probably the best for their appearance as a idol, whose motto is basically being hard to get rid of.

BACKGROUND
EARLY CHILDHOOD
Cider was born into a assumedly sweet family, with the love and support everyone would need. Being one of two twins, they stuck with their own brother, given how busy their mother and father were. This happy fairytale wouldn't last long for the two, as their parents split due to differing opinions.
Cider and their brother were under their mom's custody, and moved from one part of the city to another. This would later serve as the start of their friendships, as they ended up meeting a lot of people; notably Koa. The two were just young kids, with Koa being very energetic, and Cider somewhat shy.
Along with some other kids, the group sticked together quite a bit, even through middle school, which was roughly when Koa, and consequently Cider, was picked up for idol work. Cider was the cute angel idol, they liked the attention, it gave them a sense of belonging.
They kept on going, with Koa having to drop out of middle school just to continue his work. The two still met each other everyday at work, and even off work. This sense of bliss never stayed forever though, especially as Cider got older.
A HURTFUL DECISION
Upon reaching high school, Cider would have been in their rebelious phase. They started getting involved with gangs, being tired of the preppy cute kid. Cider still held such a persona at work though, even dismissing what concerns their own best friend had. Nevertheless, they ended up getting into a bit of trouble with another gang, which ended up wanting to come after them. Cider had to be careful with where they went, but it did end up being a little too much to juggle.
As a result of stress, and hope of letting go, they faked their own death to get away from their problems. While attention did not leave them, they still had eyes not seeing them on the media. Being able to finish high school, and graduating to get free from the stresses of school.
This rash decision left many worried, their brother, their mother, and Koa. After having a year break, they decided to return. Scaring people with such.
LIFE NOW
Cider lives a more peaceful life with their work and job. Often frequenting a certain bar to get juicy gossip. They've had a life that is eventful without being dangerous, as the gang that was after them seems to be disbanded if not gone completely. Now they can live the rest of their days with a gossip and a drink.
RELATIONSHIPS
Cider's twin brother, while they bicker a bit, it'd be a lie to say that Cider doesn't like being around him anymore.
Cider's best friend, and childhood friend. They care about Koa a lot, and hope the best for him. Sometimes they're worried about his relationships considering his track record... Aside from that, Cider playfully bullies Koa when they see him, knowing he won't ever take it seriously.
Cider is fairly neutral, if not more positive about Ashanti. What ruins their chances of getting along with Ash is the constant poking at her height. This resulted in Ash not liking Cider all that much... they don't care that much anyways though...
Ruffian is Koa's fiancé. At first, Cider was skeptical that it could turn out just like Koa's other relationships, but now it's at a point that he doesn't worry Cider anymore. They appreciate how happy he makes Koa after all.
