General Adopt Rules/TOS

I won't go into too much detail, so here's just a general base set of rules~

All adopts are first posted on my Patreon. Patrons get first dibs. (You can join for just $2 a month) All adopts are first come, first serve Auctions work the same way - of a person bids first, you cant bid the same or a lesser amount I do not hold adopts, so only bid or claim one if you are committed to buying them Can resell, but not for more than you originally paid unless there is extra art with it! Do not trace/steal All art is originally my own, unless I use a base, which in that case the base creator will always be credited in the post they are used When payment is received, you will receive an unwatermarked .png of the adopt via note/pm/dm You're allowed to post on your DA/FA/tumblr/Toyhou.se or whatever so long as I receive credit for the design

You shall not create Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or sell any part of the commission using blockchain technology or any future similar product.

Commercial Use:

If you wish to use designs commercially, you must pay an additional 50% of what was initially paid for a design. So if you paid $100 for a design, you must pay an additional $50 for commercial rights. Note: even if you pay for commercial rights, I still require a design credit.
