THE BLIGHT SHEPERD

One of five decorated Nightmare Generals, his specialty is poisonous plants and pettiness dressed up all polite.
Born originally of a joyous dream, he lived in the dream realm for some time before one way or another, for one reason or another no one dares ask, he fell to the realm of nightmares and lives in the Dark Carnival as one of the most respected, most horrifying  right hand people of the ruling Rat King himself.

He wants more than simple revenge, he wants the pristine, fake veneer of the dream realm to crumble entirely and succumb to the darkness and despair of being discarded, as had been done to him and so many others.
Vesper is a bottomless pit of needing power, recognition, and success.  Starved too long, his intentions are anyone's guess.
