Name: Cal

Gender: Male (he/they pronouns)

Species: Plasmitherium

Class: 4th

Allegiance: Neither Red or Purple. He is Estherian.

Abilities: Immunity to electricity, breathes hot gas, generate electricity, strength when in presence of radiation, hyper-speed.

Personality: Very introverted, shy, and quiet. He has a hard time trusting others, but once he does develop trust with someone, it remains strong until damaged or broken. Can be easily flustered as well. Matters over the prism-plasmic war enrages him.
He used to have a darker personality on Akuma's Ridge, where he lashed out on other prisoners and isolated himself from everyone. Now he despises all war plasmics both Red and Purple. He can only imagine Erebus's rule is just as bad.

Background: A few years after he was born, his family and two younger brothers were told of the legend of the prism-plasmic hybrid, or "she who grants gifts." This was the legend he grew up with, and Cal's entire family and planet worshipped her as a goddess. They believed she could stop the war and bring peace to both species. His home planet was called "Estherum," and it was home to the secret worshipping society they call "Prism-Plasmic Association Society" or PPAS. Anyone believing in the prism-plasmic goddess or simply wants peace between prisms and plasmics without war was welcome. Some plasmics would even bring a few prisms to the planet, for it was a safe haven for both species, and it allowed for both to get to know each other and what the other species is actually like.

This society and planet lived on for many years, in fact, it existed a few months after the war started. It wasn't until rumors had spread about a "cult" worshipping the hybrids and prisms that a plasmic spy was sent to Estherum to investigate. A few weeks after, Kaijuriko had sent his entire army to demolish the planet. Luckily for Cal, he was hyper-speed training with his best friend, and trying to teach them how to travel through the galaxy. As soon as they got back to Estherum, however, Cal and his friend were in distraught. Their home was being devoured in flames, with Kaijuriko's soldiers swarming the planet and murdering all of the plasmics that lived on Estherum (Estherians). Every prism that lived there was killed, every Estherian plasmic that wasn't able to flee the planet on time perished. Cal's family suffered that fate; his mother, father, and two younger brothers burned in the fires that swallowed the planet whole. After that, Estherum, the "peaceful planet," has since been known to all plasmics as the "traitorous planet." All existing Estherian plasmics were reported to be captured and executed. Many, such as Cal, were in hiding.

He began living on one of the closer planets to his former home planet. Ever since the demolishing of his home planet, he has nightmares of himself re-living the horror all over again. He would wake up in the middle of the night, screaming, and waking up his best friend and their uncle. His friend's uncle was intimidating to Cal- and he never liked his uncle. He strictly believed in Kaijuriko's rule and wanted to be strong enough to join his elite soldiers. Several wanted papers were posted all over the neighboring planets of where Estherum once was. The papers had huge money rewards for the capturing of Estherian plasmics, and his friend's uncle, filled with greed for the huge money reward, took advantage of this and reported Cal to a soldier. It turned out that his friend had told their uncle about Cal being an Estherian in hopes that the uncle would protect him; but unfortunately, it didn't turn out like that.

Cal was taken away by a few of Kaijuriko's elite soldiers, knocked out, and held as prisoner in Akuma's Ridge on the Netsutei planet, where several elite soldiers and even Kaijuriko himself interrogated and tortured him for information on the PPAS and the prism-plasmic hybrid they worship, along with information about any other existing Estherian plasmics. Kaijuriko would leave cuts and scratches, even wounds on Cal, and two major wounds were across his neck and tail. He was held as prisoner for about an entire year on Akuma's Ridge, and tortured every month for more information (which he usually didn't give out, but sometimes the pain was too unbearable for him). Because of this, the entire plasmic species knows that a hybrid does exist, and what she's capable of. The torturing and pain caused Cal's personality to shift: he became ruthless, emotionless, angry, and used many of the other prisoners to his own benefit. He would even get into physical fights with others, and usually he was the one to walk away with a grin across his face & covered with the other's blood. He was forced to participate in the arena battles until he would reveal information about the prism-plasmic hybrid. He was forced to kill prisms and even plasmics- some of which were his own kind, Estherians.

He managed to escape Akuma's Ridge and the Netsutei planet due to an explosion caused by one of the other plasmic prisoners. He was hesitant to leave at first, but he made up his mind. Once Cal escaped Akuma's Ridge, he bandaged his wounds and keeps the wounds on his neck and tail covered with cloth material at all times. He's highly insecure about them, and they only remind him of what happened in his past. He ran away to Earth in hopes it would be the last place any plasmic would come searching for him.
