Lightning is a dude that's been struck by lightning three different times. Not only did he miraculously survive, but he was able to walk away from each event with little injury, save some Lichtenberg figure scars.
Previously, he'd been timid and shy. Now, he's chaotic. His whole personality and appearance revolves around the existence of lightning, and being hit by it.
The first two times he was hit, part of his hair burned to a crisp. He keeps those parts shaved down now.
He actually wants to see if he can get hit again because he thinks he's immortal, so he wears lots of metal bits.
