Primrose Evergreen is a third-year student from the stage department at Seiran General Art Institute.
An eccentric genius, Primrose dreams of making a stage where everyone can smile together. Despite being the top of their class, they rarely go for lead roles, instead opting to play villains and other secondary characters.
Primrose is a white teenager of average height and a slender build. They have curly purple hair at around shoulder height, light blue eyes and freckles. Their skin is on the pale side, and they get burned easily.
Often considered eccentric, Primrose has an easy time falling in love, but a hard time being loved back. On some level, they're self-aware about their disconnect from other people, but without a clue of how to fix it, they just hope spreading love and positivity all around them will get someone to stick around.
Although they're not a hard worker by nature, their love of the stage compels them to give it their all anyways.
Primrose was left at an orphanage when they were still a toddler. Although they have all the means to look for their parents, they've elected not to; to them, the people who left them have no place in their life anymore.
Their first few years were lonely ones; Primrose was a problem child who didn't get along with the other children, often throwing tantrums and crying a lot. Between this and their being obviously a foreigner, it was very unlikely that they would ever be adopted, so they quickly gave up and retreated into themselves.
Their life was changed when Amaya arrived - a quiet, unfriendly child, a few years younger than them. She was indifferent to most things, including them at first, but that also meant she wasn't actively pushing them away, either. Quickly, Primrose was attached. They became fixated on the idea of making her smile - from balloon animals to magic tricks to full-on performances, slowly Primrose grew out of their shell. Every rare time they got her to laugh just encouraged them further. Before they knew it, their now bubbly personality and place as one of the people who had been there the longest had turned them into the orphanage's de facto big sibling.

If it were up to them, they would still live with the children, unmoving - but Seiran is a little too far away from there, and the offer of a scholarship with all expenses paid was too good to pass up, so they left. They still visit as frequently as they can, and are connected through social media with most of the ones who are old enough to use it.
