Chip is a crazy, hyperactive and strange guy. The strangest you'll ever meet

Chip was born in to a wealthy family of two. Although their wealth remains a mystery, that didn't matter because they were one happy, functional family together. 

However behind the scenes, this was far from the ugly truth hidden within. Chip's family were connected to several underground organisation, and majority of their money derived from the blood of innocent men and women alike. 

Upon discovering this dark secret, Chip grew angry at both himself and his parents for living under the suffering of others. He didn't wanted to use dirtied money, and left his family to prove to them that he could survive just as well–or even better without their help.

Eventually he stumbles in to a small, but growing gang of thieves. The gang is still in development and gathering members, so Chip uses this chance to join their group.

Because of this lack of real world experience, Chip has never tasted skittles before, not has he tried out a lot of other things due to being a sheltered and spoilt kid during his youth.

Learning so many new things he has previously not know about before makes him so optimistic and more positive about the future. Perhaps a bit too optimistic sometimes.

>He loves skittles, in fact he's obsessed. Unlike drugs, he's addicted to skittles, which causes him to be incredibly hyperactive.

He loves force-feeding people skittles until they become sick. He does this to see people throw up a perfect rainbow, something that nobody has done yet.

He's the type to make others uncomfortable with his strangely unwavering excitement towards nothing.

His optimism can be very scary.
