Hello! I downloaded the base from gumroad but for some reason it won't open? It says its invalid

What program are you using? The file is PSD so the program needs to be able to open psd

I use ibis paint,it supports psd files and I never had this issue before, downloaded the base like 4 times now and it won't open at all for some reason

Hmmm. Unfortunately I'm unsure why it's not working. I was able to pull it up on Ibis just now. Can you open other psd files? May need to contact support.

I always use ibis for psd files which is why I'm confused, but you can definitely email it to me tysm! I'll message you my email
