Jingleberry

A drawing of a Toon brought to life by the silliness generated by the residents of Toontown. Confused, Jingleberry wandered onto Goody Gumdrops' estate and met xem. Xe let them stay on the estate for as long as they like. Gumdrops often told Jingleberry of Cog battles and ToonTasks xe did that day, and hearing these recounts inspired them to start fighting the Cogs themself.

Jingleberry is rather timid, both with new people and with the world in general. Its tendency to smile, crack jokes and generally chat fluctuates alongside the current Silly Cycle - during the Silly Meter's cooldown phase, Jingleberry is nonverbal and rarely smiles, and when the Silly Meter maxes, it's very chatty and always smiling. It tends to ask questions when it's verbal and is quite scatterbrained. Its sense of humour is very all over the place, ranging from Toontown's signature slapstick to dry humour and everything in-between.
