Personality:
+Loyal: Sia gives his allegiance to those he deems as trustworthy, making sure to give his strong support to those he swear allegiance to.
+Responsible: He will take any job that is given to him, making sure it is finished to the standard to whoever gave it to him, he takes great responsibility for what work is given.
+Empathetic: He may seem all tough and emotionless at times, he has the most emotion and has the ability to understand another mon's emotion, being through happy or tough times, he can give them a shoulder to cry on.

-Brutal: Under that caring mask is one violent person, he can be brutal with how he fights, mostly, with how strong his anger is, it's no wonder he can be quite brutal. With his hands or words if he feels like it.
-Blunt: Being loyal doesn't aside from criticism, and Sia can have a lot, depending on who it is, he will be straightforward and doesn't matter if it hurt someone's feeling, he has to keep it clear and honest.
-Secretive: Being blunt and brutal... he is very secretive, he tends to not disclose many things, he can be open about his opinion too many others but anything involving with himself, he is secretive and stays quiet.

Backstory:
Sia came from water retype Toxicroak and an A!Marowak, a beautiful pair whose family had known each other for many generations and thus, they trusted each other and ended up falling in love with one another, able to produce quite an interesting fusion but a fairly strong child, Sia, a fusion between a Toxicroak and A!Marowak, though only gaining a water type and a ghost type, still, Sia was loved by the whole family. Nothing could ever go wrong.

Even with such a happy family, an event, that the father refuses to ever speak about but Sia somewhat remembers it, he mostly remembers... fire. The fire that spread through their small home, destroying the family's home, he barely remembers his mother due to what happened and being very young, he remembers the pain but then the anger towards the fire, because of this, he begins to hate any and all fire types, even as he was growing, he would do anything to destroy any fire type. 

Some of Sia's family members survived, and a few did actually help Sia to grow and learn some movesets, though one important movesets that Sia will never ever forget, is dive. His grandmother, from his father's side, even as old as she was, taught Sia the move dive, though it was a very long process, Sia manage to achieve it, and ever since, he never forgets about it and has often seen using this move towards fire types or to escape, either or both, who knows.

His goal in life is to be able to start his own sort of community and destroy every single last fire type, though he focuses mostly on building his own community, feeling like a family, and never forgetting his small and rough beginnings, he will keep those he lost and gain closed to his heart as he aims towards that dream, his goal.

The goals above are mainly the reasons why he wishes to join Team Aqua, to both build a small community within it and help out as much as possible... and also kick Team Magma's butt, showing who the better and strong community, he will stand by Team Aqua by any means. This makes him quite loyal and strong to keep his loyalty to Team Aqua.
