Shinya is an unknown being made from thunder and clouds, it can shapeshift into different forms and controls the weather elements. One of its forms can even look into the future and possibly prevent any accidents. Shinya is part of the weather chimereon as well, the others like him the most cuz almost every personality and form vibes well with the others. Raimu loves hanging with future predicter, Nyte appreciates his rage form but they all think his small form is kinda annoying cuz it's so playful and childish.
