Katolis Gull is a ruthless, untrustworthy assassin and criminal. He works alone almost all of the time, and was nicknamed 'Demon of the Alleys' in his city home, Kensmire, due to his terrible deeds. He has killed many, led several heists, and committed more crimes than can be counted, but hasn't been caught once.
Katolis appears calm and serious, but underneath that mask is a cold-blooded monster, manipulative and terrifying. He has been a citizen of Kensmire for all his life, but nobody knows of his parents, freinds or family. It's believed he's not even human.
Katolis's personality is somewhat masked by his reputation. He is very untrusworthy and does what needs to be done, no matter how low the deed, but is surprisingly understanding.

Katolis always carries at least three knives. You can never walk the streets of Kensmire without protection.
Kat learned to throw a knife at a very young age. It serves him well for far-ranged attacks.

You have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

You speak a one-word command to a creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or follow the command on its next turn. The spell has no effect if the target is undead, if it doesn't understand your language, or if your command is directly harmful to it.

Kat met Luath on a job. He'd been payed to assassinate him, and ambushed the kid in a dark alley. But all was not as it seemed, when Lue revealed some vital information.
There's automated height so it can be as short as you want!
