[3.] Carter

Carter is that guy with the fish hat and the cat ears + tail. His outfit style is mainly orange and black and he prefers wearing his fish hat but he can be seen without it as well. He is mainly found by areas where there is water.

Carter is calm about every situation that happens. He will easily help anyone hero or villain and do pretty much anything he is asked to do as long as it doesn't hurt him nor his friends.
