TOS: This is for digital goods received via a third party site (toyhouse/email) •This is NOT a physical item and will NOT be mailed / shipped • Any charge backs will result in loss of rights of the digital goods and ownership will default back to seller (Gilded-maiden/Leah Martin) • You may not resell the character for more then you paid, unless other paid art has been added. • Non agreed cancellation of purchase will result in a black-listing and the rights to the digital goods revoked • No refunds are given for any PRE-MADE characters / outfits • Failure to pay within agreed time will result in a cancellation of your order • You may NOT sell or trade to anyone who is currently on my black-list, this also includes people who have blocked me. Anyone found in possession of my designs who is currently on my black list will have the design revoked. Gilded-Maiden Designs and Customs (above tos apply as well) • You may not request a refund once I have STARTED working on your custom (unless previously discussed and agreed upon), this will result in loss of ownership and rights will default back to me (Gilded-maiden) • Any customs you receive from me in a trade cannot be sold for money unless you have commissioned paid art.
