1) Credit me @ xFacade-LPx on Toyhouse when creating the character.

2) You are free to redesign the character as you'd wish, just don't change everything about the character - If you change a LOT about the design, then you should probably refrain from obtaining my designs since I honestly don't like my designs getting too redesigned /lh (This refers to people who can almost make an entirely new design with my design as base)

3) DO NOT steal any of my designs, DO NOT heavily reference my designs for your own. Plain & simple. Inspo is fine. I just want to see it >:D

4) Do not buy my adopts just because you are consciously collecting adopts and not actually planning on using them. In any case I find out you are a collector (By means that you state it yourself specifically) I will attempt to get those designs back! 

5) If you don't use the design in any way and want to get rid of it, let me know and I can take them off your hands so that I can either resell it or delete it. I am much more comfortable with you coming to me first before selling away my designs - I feel more comfortable with me selling my own designs. This is for very personal reasons

6) COMMERCIAL USE - You may use the design for whatever you would like, you may not use the original drawing of the design for profit, but any piece you get of the character, or that you create, may be used however you would like. And ensure you ask other artists if you can use their art for Commercial Use.
