As a fresh 19-year old was falling asleep one night, they wished they could still dress like they did in the early 2000s. They didn't feel right in their body and fashion and wanted to feel like they did when their style was loud and neon.

Elysium appeared with the colors and quirk that they missed so much. At first it made the wisher angry, but as Elysium kept checking in on them they realized they were jealous. Elysium helped them figure out more of their own self expression both with their gender identity and fashion sense. Years later they feel very comfortable in their body, Elysium still sits happily on their shoulder, and they opened their own roller rink with much of the neon scene aesthetic from the early 2000s.
