- Any violation of the below may result in temporary or permanent blacklisting from any and all of my services and products, depending on the severity and if the matter is eventually settled.

- Availing of any of my services, or purchasing any of our products, represents your automatic acceptance of these terms.

- Credits must be attributed to Mienzhyre on dA, FurAffinity, Toyhou.se (as the Creator) AS WELL AS Kotobuun who should be listed as the Designer on Toyhou.se.

- We are not comfortable with using any personal art to inflate the price of our designs during resale. Commissioned art may contribute to a slight increase in resale price, the exact amount which can be negotiated with me.

- Art made that includes any of our adoptables must credit us for the design at least once on any website such art is posted. Never claim the design as your sole creation.

- Our designs are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial projects without our knowledge and consent. Please discuss with us beforehand if you intend to use any of our work for such purposes.

- After purchase, the design may be tweaked as long as it remains similar enough to the original design so as to still be recognizable. Allowable edits include:

• changing the gender and/or sex of the adoptable
• color-shifting
• removing or adding markings
• changing the hairstyle, outfits, accessories

If you're unsure if your desired changes fall under the allowable edits, contact me.

- The original art (including any bonus/gift art that may be made of them as well, which may or may not include personal art made of the design before selling) and any commissioned art (by us) of our adoptable designs may be:

• cropped as desired and used anywhere the customer chooses (such as on websites as icons, wallpaper, page decorations, etc.)
• displayed in art galleries with watermark (ex: dA, FurAffinity)
• and in character galleries with watermark (ex: Toyhou.se, Charahub), etc.

without informing us beforehand as long as credit is given. Any other edit to the artwork itself is strictly forbidden. If you're unsure if your desired usage is acceptable, ask me.

- The design may be resold for purchase price or less, traded for another adoptable, or simply gifted to another user. Once the adoptable has been traded, it can only be traded again or gifted away. Once it has been gifted, it can only be gifted from then on.

- Inform me once a transfer has been completed.

- When an adopt is purchased from me, we are not selling the copyrights to it or any original artwork that accompanies it. We are only selling the exclusive rights to reproduce the design in any of the allowable situations mentioned above. The original art may be used by us as examples for portfolios and other galleries to showcase our work.

- In the event I am forced to blacklist the buyer, the aforementioned rights to any and all of our designs in their possession will be revoked immediately, and will no longer be considered legitimately acquired designs.

- Those who have purchased or have otherwise come into possession of our adoptables are urged not to transfer ownership of any of those designs to users on my blacklist.
