Popun's Ownership

By obtaining one of my designs via purchase, OTA or raffle, you agree  to the following Terms of Service. These are to protect both myself as  the artist, and yourself as the client, and ensure that a smooth,  pleasant and comfortable transaction happens. Please keep in mind that  you are purchasing a digital good.

IF YOU ARE FOUND USING ONE OF MY DESIGNS AND/OR ARTWORK  AS AN NFT, YOU WILL BE INSTANTLY BLACKLISTED. THIS GOES AGAINST MY TERMS  OF SERVICE, AND A DMCA TAKEDOWN WILL BE ISSUED.

• Once the transaction is completed, the character is yours, however I retain the rights to the artwork. You may not use my artwork commercially or for a profit, however your own art is fine. I am fine with any of my designs being used commerically (for example as a V-Tuber,) but I request credit for the design.
• You may use my artwork for non profit anywhere you like, but I request that clear credit is given, and my watermark stays visible.
• You may not use my designs for any  hateful imagery or speech, including but not limited to: racism,  homophobia, transphobia, anti-semitism.
• In the case of a closed species adoptable, you agree to the Terms of Service of the species.
• In the case of payment via PayPal, you will have 24 hours to pay for your adoptable, unless we have discussed otherwise prior.
• I will not offer refunds, so make sure you’re sure before committing to purchase. If a serious situation comes up, please talk to me about it
• You  may trade and swap my designs freely. Please do not resell unless you bought them for a cash value, or they have extra art to add to their value. Art obtained as a GIFT (such as from Art Fight) cannot add to the value, as this is profiting from an artists work and I don't agree with it. Anyone found trying to turn a profit from my designs and art will  be immediately blacklisted.

Breaking these TOS will result in a strike, for repeat offenders  you will be added to my personal blacklist, and become unable to  purchase any more designs from me.
