Atlas the Lynx

Atlas is a former Freedom Fighter resistance soldier. He enjoys a mostly peaceful life with the company of his comrades from the Forces cringefest. In his free time, Atlas dabbles in tinkering with model kits, baking, and throwing fists with the old war buddies. 

Atlas can use chaos power to control gravity on a single target or a limited area. He can strengthen, weaken, or reverse it. Using this he can float, "fall" in any direction, or try to crush or fling an opponent. His fighting style typically involves weighing down the enemies while he punches and kicks them. Then finishing by making them weightless and hitting them hard enough to send them flying away.

During the endless depression arc zombot arc, Atlas discovered a mutant strain of the metal virus calling itself the Φ(Phi) protocol. Φ had no host and was in its own feeble form surrounded by hostile zombots. It called out for help and Atlas used his gravity control to save it. Φ went into him and he panicked, but found found it wasn't taking over.

Φ can shield organisms from infection by the main virus, but cannot cure those infected. Atlas' mission was to spread Φ to all the survivors and hope a cure can be found in the meantime. Often that meant rolling up to random groups of people fighting for their lives (while looking like a total villain by the way) and spitting metallic fluid at them as they scream in terror and try to fight him. Yeah, he's pretty bad at communication.

Φ can form an armor shell called Metal Atlas, which exerts a bit of its own personality through Atlas causing him to be more attention seeking and confident; since those qualities promote spreading the strain. It's also worth noting that Metal Atlas has absolutely no filter and says exactly what he is thinking. Especially if what he's thinking is funny. The nanomachines cause him to crave various metals and enable him to eat them, so he ends up being quite heavy with atoms of metal suspended throughout his body. Sometimes Atlas uses Φ to construct a hammer scythe combo if he feels a weapon is needed.

Back in his Freedom Fighters resistance days, Atlas discovered an alien spacecraft while scouting in the mountains. It had been shot down by Eggman's orbital blockade. Nearby was a frightened injured alien girl who did not speak or understand the local language. He brought her back to resistance HQ and, after determining that she could communicate with wisps as mediators, learned that her name was Damia and that she wanted to fight Eggman with her shapeshifting abilities to secure Mobius as a safe place to stay. Atlas went with her to battles and missions and was patient with helping her learn to speak. His blunt straightforwardness made things a lot easier for her to understand. Damia stuck with him after the war ended and they eventually got married. In the future they will have two children named Perseus and Andromeda.
