Claire left home at 17 in a desperate bid to get away from an abusive Step-Mother and her Father who let her get away with it. Her Mother had moved back to England a few years prior after divorcing Johnathan and going back to her maiden name.

In the beginning she couch-hopped while looking for work in another city, finally settling when she found a friend in Link and the two now live together with Links cat Sparkler. She is an avid dancer and enjoys reading in the quiet of the shared house. The basement soundproofed so Link's tinkering doesn't affect her concentration. She is a closeted furry with a fursona and a partial of him. The partial is hidden away in her room, only taken out for photos or fur cons.
