- She came about along with the rest of her crew, but unlike the rest was based off an old design doodle for an unused concept, so you could technically consider her the first of the pirate group to be designed.
- Also the first of her race to be designed.
- Used to have glasses in old designs.
- Tends to take langauge literally, but has taken on a sarcastic streak as of late.
- Her clothes are designed to emphaisze how lethe and leggy she is.
- Extremeties get cold easily.
- Her backstory was a result of retconning Sitti designs without changing her color palette.
- Used to hate spicy foods, but has since become a fan of them.
- Originally named Ginger.
An odd sight wherever she goes, sitti are rare enough in Flormaris as is, but one with dark hair seems to be an impossibility. Not only that but her refusal to use magic rasies even more questions. Then again, what does the average person here know about her people anyway? She left her homeland of Asterra along with her old friend Sage, and whatever caused them to leave clearly involved the both of them.
Turning to piracy was probably the last thing either of this travelling pair expected while wandering Flormaris and picking up odd jobs. Helping out at a free clinic one evening a very unusual group burst in with an injured adolescent, and lo-and-behold, after some grilling, they let slip their identities as pirates. Not about to let a kid run off with pirates of all things, she demands to have him placed into the clinic's custody (to which the captain agreed), but young Basil had other plans and quickly ran off to rejoin the ship on his own. A natural bleeding heart, she goes after him. One set of misadventures later and she finds herself as the Eleftheria's physician.
She didn't expect to take to the lifestyle so easily, and was much more beligerent about it at first. Doctors are always valuable on a ship, however, and even if they weren't, she wound up in a much more idealistic crew than most pirate ships can claim. Besides, it's a place that doesn't pry too much about Asterra, which is more than she could say about the average stranger.
Though not a fan of pirates in the beginning, Pepper's attempts to keep Basil out of trouble and subtle idealism assuaged most of her reservations. Pepper holds her doctor's opinions in high regard and will defer to her on such matters, though Anise's bedside manner seems to have gotten increasingly sardonic the more comfortable she gets.
Having come with her from Asterra to Flormaris, the two are incredibly close, travelling a time together even before they joined up with the rest of the crew. Whatever caused them to leave seems to be related to his missing eye as well, but he keeps a relatively chipper, if somewhat jittery, outlook that keeps her grounded better than anyone else.
