Anomaly’s youth is shrouded in mystery, but he appeared suddenly in the city, terrorizing its citizens. He was scouted by a tall, sophisticated-looking doberman named Jackpot, being recruited to his gang of powerful misfits. Together they robbed banks, vandalized, and destroyed buildings, causing chaos across several cities.
