A valued asset to the Shadow Cove herd, a lot of the members really see Newsy as a true friend. He's always eager to help with anything asked of him, which can be a range of things. Usually it's help with herding or cutting, something that Newsy enjoys a lot. He's mastered changing the difficulty level for all manner of horses and riders. Surprisingly, Newsy also has a lot of advice to offer about the more showy side of competitions. While you won't really find him performing any dressage moves, he did go through a phase of halter class training and is now a shining example of how to stand square. Newsy is very, very blunt when it comes to helping train others. He'll always give accurate feedback, regardless of how mean it may sound.
