rolled for $25 by purrker from tropicalsteppe's gacha event

a grouch who is constantly tired, due to his variegated leaves. he gets energy from them, but since they lack some chlorophyll he doesn't get enough lol

it was a curse inflicted on him since he was young; if they were unveriegated we wouldn't even have to eat, but since they are and because he can't stop them from growing he has to eat just to give them energy to grow. so he's very thin no matter how much he eats, more food just means more sprouts!

he also has to be careful about the sprouts, they need the perfect conditions to grow in right. improperly grown in leaves are uncomfortable for him (itchy!), and if they started to die/rot he'd be in a lot of pain from the roots. trimming leaves isn't very painful however, leaves broken or trimmed off will wither and scab over in a few days
