If you are caught breaking my rules I reserve the right to take action via: reporting, blocking and -if you are disrespectful or uncooperative- inform the public of your actions.
- Please do not: Copy, Trace, Use, Re-upload, Edit, Heavily Reference or Redistribute my art/designs without my permission!
- Do not remove any signatures or watermarks.
- Do not delete my designs from toyhouse. However, if you are leaving the site, please inform me so I can keep track of the design.
- You can alter the design as you please, but I'd prefer it if they stay recognizable.
- Reselling is acceptable ONLY IF it’s not sold for more than its original price. If there is additional art you made or paid for, you may determine the resell price. Trading and gifting are always fine.
- You may not impose your own rules on my designs. Once you have sold/traded the design, only these rules will apply to them and their new owner. You have no right to modify or alter these rules in any way.
- If you are found using any of my characters, designs or art commercially, without explicit permission from myself, legal action may be taken. If you would like to use my designs commercially (NFTs, web comics, indie games, charms/stickers, etc.) please contact me.
