Shooting Star Cookie is, well, a shooting star that was granted life as a Cookie. Due to this, she has the ability to sense desires and wishes. However, she's very unenthusiastic and apathetic about said abilities due to her inability to grant them. When she eventually crumbles, she will become a star again. The cycle then repeats...

Her abilities are very basic. She knows how to utilize a small amount of fire magic, but most of her abilities come from utilizing stars to travel and attack others.
