A Smeargle who is a sleeper during the day, and an avid writer at night. 

Due to their hectic sleep cycles, their hunger is often spurred at random intervals, and midnight snacks are a must-have for them. Cookies and milk are a fan favorite, fulfilling their sweet-tooth and somehow giving them the energy needed to pull through the night every time. Because their cups are always too small, this Smeargle prefers to dip their tail into their cup and "paint" (rather, douse) their cookies with milk. It always ends in a mess, but never is it not worth the trouble for this silly, sleep deprived pokemon.
