About
Olwen spent a good portion of his life in the military and while he did have the required combat and survival training he spent the vast majority of his time holed up in libraries. Or really, anywhere he could get his hands on information unavailable to the general public to further his studies. He wasn't very keen on most of his comrades and it's debatable if he has willingly kept contact with any of them.
At one point his persuit of knowledge led him a library run by a peculiar individual by the name of Iskun. At first Olwen found him to be obnoxious and overly friendly and wanted nothing to do with him, but his peristance wore through the cold and revealed so much more than even Olwen knew about himself. Iskun showed him there was so much more to life that he had shut out and never experienced, that he never really cared to know, but now...Olwen wants to see and do so much more, and he wants to do it with Iskun. He plans to leave his research to someone he trusts and retire so he can travel with his love.

Iskun is as enigmatic as he is charismatic, practically the opposite of Olwen. He's not really sure how they came to be so involved but realizes Iskun has done a lot to open him up and has encouraged him to do and try things he never would have otherwise. He loves him dearly and hopes he knows this despite how bad he is at showing it.
