History
When he was made, he didnt have just one owner, he was created at an orphanage to keep the kids happy and hopeful. He would hold little parties for every kid until eventually the orphanage was empty. When Bip bop realized this he got very sad and felt very lonely, until a party planning unit adopted him. Now he gets to make all the parties he wants.
