Little menace! Charming devil! Are the things Phoebe has heard being said about her, it makes her laugh, she likes being a show-off!
Born from two completely different beings, Phoebe usually finds herself making an effort to fit in, if she doesn't, then she'll find a flashy way to do so, even if it means some unwanted attention might get in the way.
Much to both mom's delights, Phoebs came out fine and curse-less, as they feared she would come out with Aria's curses.

Unlike momma Nina, Phoebe doesn't do any bad things and is usually careful about what she does, she's heard the stories about Nina.
She doesn't know what her powers might be (she heard momma Nina can curse others, could that be true?)
