Scientist of epic proportions, the city, the world is in his debt. The power produced by his mysterious, incredible facility keeps the city and its defenses running, and will continue to keep them running long after they're needed. The Pegasus Facility runs almost without a workforce, only a very select few and Discord himself necessary to keep the machines running, producing the cleanest strongest energy possible. The most populated sections of his Facility are the lower floors, several are dedicated to a Hospital, providing free medical care and medications to any who need it. His facility specializes in the very deadly and thought incurable Magic Sickness, one that he discovered the cure for, and now treats regularly.
