An AU where Zac never met Ze3na succumbs to the effects of the hive shard stuck in his chest. His personality does a 180 and he becomes a chaotic Guardian killer/space pirate wanted by the Vanguard. He crushes his ghost Leo and rids himself of the travelers light, he claims the light and it’s revive powers to be cheating. He has insane regen and hive magic that rivals the strongest members of the hive. Instead of using guns, Zac uses his hive magic to manifest hive weapons, mostly Knives, kunai, daggers, and whatnot. His signature weapon is a giant scythe he calls the Guardian reaper. He swings said scythe with such deadly grace and precision, it makes the glaive look like a child’s plaything,he can even form a small shield by swinging his scythe really fast in a circle. He travels with his “hostage/entertainment ” Maria and her ghost Nikolas another wanted Guardian killer. Zac saves her from a Cabal skirmish because he thinks she’ll be useful to him. Over the course of their time being together Zac starts to care for Maria beyond the extent of a hostage.
