Basically when he was a kit, he lived with his adopted older brother and his mom as rogues. Used to be named Parhelion. This was during Sandstar’s reign in ShadowClan however and in the middle of Leaf-Bare. Mother was accidentally caught hunting in ShC territory and killed, Bitter and brother had to watch. Bitter didn’t realize that brother was starving and giving all his food to Bitter to provide for him until too late when he was too weak to hunt, leaving Bitter to provide for the two alone. They were taken in by WC on the brink of death and WC did their best but it was too late for the brother. While Bitter has grown to be bitter (surprise) and hateful towards all the clans, he’s the least hateful towards WC because they at least tried to help him and his brother
